Only one copy of any horse may exist at any given time. Our copy is not deleted in the event that we re-posses or you lose the file

Horses are not to be placed up for public download, uploaded to the exchange, or any other form of file sharing except to lease the horse out for breeding or competition purposes. 

You will not be allowed to add any prefix to horses purchased from us. Ours must stay at the beginning of the show Name (WCR).

You will not be allowed to change the show name. Barn names may be changed.

You have to create a Equus-Sims profile for the horse. You have 2 Weeks time, and we'll check this! If you have create one, you will get the horse. If there are any Problems with credits or something else, please contact us.

You must agree to create a profile for the horse on your stable website with one (or more) Pictures. You are allowed to use the Picture of the horse from our site.

If you want to sell the horse later, you have to contact us first, and maybe we are interested in buy the horse back. If we don't, you are allowed to sell the horse.

You may not change the conformation/coat in any way. You can change the mane/tail style but not the color.

Our foals will be sold as Adults.

Horses Will Not be Given out on a First--Come, First-Serve Basis. You May Send Applications For Only 1 Horse.

We reserve rights to reclaim if our terms are broken, or if the owner becomes inactive.
